In the Ourania Cave west of Ardougne there is a Zamorak Rune crafting area where they have found a Chaotic Rune crafting alter. You dont need talismans , just pure essense and it will randomly create any sort of rune. Even ones you cant craft normally. Im getting about 400XP per trip..bmp)
